How much does it cost to sell on Spoiler Alert marketplace?
‍There are no upfront costs for selling on Spoiler Alert. Brands simply pay a commission on inventory sold through our marketplace.

Is the inventory FOB or prepaid freight terms?
‍It is up to you - our system allows you to communicate those types of details to the buyers.

Do I control where the inventory gets sold?
‍Yes. Your team will be presented with offers and be responsible for selecting the ones that are best for your business.

Does Spoiler Alert’s network of buyers include any of my primary customers?
‍Our 200+ active buyers focus on opportunistic purchasing and are either direct value-channel retailers or wholesalers that service similar retail profiles.

Is this a public or private marketplace?
‍This is a private marketplace, in that a buyer cannot simply sign-up to join. We have curated our buyer network through years of work helping leading CPG brands monetize their excess and at-risk inventory.
